Black Bean and Corn Salsa Grades 7-12: Want to see what's cooking? Join us as we try out a novel recipe! We will be making Black Bean and Corn Salsa. Learn a new recipe, develop cooking skills, and enjoy food while we discuss the book "Braiding Sweetgrass for Young Adults" by Robin Wall Kimmerer - no need to have read it beforehand! Novel Recipes focuses on following a recipe and enjoying the food with your peers, while highlighting a book of interest. This program is intended for teens.
