Presented by MHAM This program focuses on recognizing various types of stigma. We cover commonly believed myths versus facts about mental health. We explore ways to reduce mental health stigma and discrimination. MHAM (Mental Health Awareness of Michiana) has a mission to improve the lives of those living with mental illness and mental health concerns in Michiana by promoting initiatives that eliminate stigma, build collaboration, and improve access to mental health care.
