Learn how to elevate humble root vegetables with these scrumptious recipes! Adults of all cooking experience levels will work side-by-side under the guidance of a librarian to prepare dishes that fit a monthly theme or skill-focus. This session will focus on preparing dishes that lift up root vegetables as the main or key ingredient. So come gain hands-on experience with cooking techniques and new recipes while connecting with others in your community. This program is intended for adults.
