Tinkering with Balance
· 2:00 PM–3:00 PM
Build a sculpture that balances on the end of a pencil or the tip of your finger. Playfully explore scientific concepts such as stability, equilibrium, symmetry, and center of gravity. No worries when things fall down. This program is geared for children in elementary school. Space is limited: register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs? Please contact ask@acpl.info as soon as possible - we’d love to help.
