Hygge

· 3:30 PM–4:30 PM

Escape the cold and visit your local library to experience the warm coziness of hygge! Hygge (pronounced "hoo-ga") is a way of life in many Nordic countries. Hygge is a Danish term that describes the practice of taking time out of your busy schedule to enjoy life’s little pleasures. Step away from your daily hustle and bustle and spend a relaxing evening at the library inspired by the principles of hygge. Settle into a comfortable space, savor a warm beverage, and learn how to slow down by doing activities that bring you joy and peace. Work on a puzzle, read a good book, journal, color, or bring your own craft project to enjoy in a calm and welcoming environment. This program is intended for adults. Space is limited; register in advance to reserve your spot and receive reminders. Registration will guarantee your seat until the event begins. Accessibility needs?
